For I am an engine...
So, last night was meant to be a chill stay in night with the girlfriend. I made a little journey for some ingredients and we were going to make sushi for the first time. I had a fun menu planned out for several different maki rolls, some homemade miso soup and was going to stuff wonton wrappers with blended edamame and vegan cream cheese.
